These are the latest in Victor's creature collection. He "won" them at a spring fair this past weekend. Boy, oh boy, was he thrilled!
He played happily with them for quite a while on Sunday morning right on the front stoop. I just love watching him absorbed in his own world. No cares in the world. Just him and his creatures.

btw, you should read to him about the insects, etc. he could find at the shore and the Poconos. It might make those trips more exciting for him.
I will, for sure. We are already planning on bringing some of his new birthday gear, like the insects field guide, bug vacuum, bugscope, etc. I am anticipating much creepy crawly "fun" and am trying to prepare myself ahead of time.
